Each fellow will have 5 minutes to elaborate on Question #4 of their pre-work “one-pagers” (see questions below). This is a chance for you to connect with other participants who have the same interests and issues in a moderated discussion.

  • What is the strategic goal you are working on now? (If it has changed since the July sessions, why did you change it?)
  • What two examples can you give of actions you’ve taken, decisions/plans you’ve made or executed, or other scenarios that represent positive movement toward your strategic goal?
  • What two examples can you give of remaining challenges that you need to successfully overcome to achieve your goal?
  • What targeted tactical plan will you and your peer ally focus on during the January on-site planning sessions?

Working Lunch and Team Planning

Coaches and their fellows/allies assemble in small groups in main meeting room to work on tactical plans. Teams are encouraged to make “appointments” with experts and/or other fellows as needed for consulting on plan development.  Experts will be available for meetings with teams on first-come basis but such meetings should be limited to 20 minutes each.

Scrum Session

Coaches have stand-up-and-deliver conversations with all their team/allies, report on progress and flagging problems.  At the end of scrum, fellows/allies return to polish their plans.
