Ginger Neal is vice president of multimedia and general manager for Niche Publications for The Press-Enterprise Company in Riverside, Calif. For the past two and a half years she has led the multimedia division at The Press-Enterprise Company which includes multimedia sales, content and programming, business and market development. She also participates as a business leader on corporate initiatives such as Yahoo. Prior to joining The Press-Enterprise, Neal has held several a senior media executive positions focusing on fast growth, turnaround and startup. She has been managing director of enterprise business for freedom communication - metro division, charged with developing and executing a strategic revenue plan in collaboration with Orange County, Colorado Springs and Arizona leveraging content, products and partners across markets. Neal was president and CEO of MyOC.com and OCRegister.com, Freedom Interactive Media, where in her first 15 months MyOC.com went from an annual loss $5.5MM to turning a profit. She also has been CEO and president of ModeStyle.com, an online fashion portal and magazine, director of interactive for the Orange County Register launching OCRegister.com, Workavenue.com (OCJobfinder), and Autoaccess.com (OCCarfinder). Neal graduated with a bachelor's degree in organizational development from Biola University. She was a fellow in the Leading Organizational Change program at Stanford University and has completed programs at UCLA's John Anderson Graduate School of Management in mergers and acquisition and creativity and innovation.
