Scott Stroud

Senior User Experience Architect, NPR

Scott Stroud is senior user experience architect at NPR, specializing in user interface design, information architecture, and usability. He designed the user experience for many of NPR's Digital Media products, including npr.org, NPR Music, the NPR iPad app, and the NPR Music iPhone app. Stroud is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience in user-centered design and project management. Prior to joining NPR, he was a technology consultant for Idea Integration, where he designed software for ATF, OPM, the U.S. Treasury, and Freddie Mac. Stroud holds a bachelor's degree in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
